Eric S. Doten
Mr. Doten is the President of Doten & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in aviation operations management and safety education. Following retirement from an Air Force flying career, Mr. Doten served as a vice-president of Embry-Riddle for ten years, where he had overall responsibility for the flight programs at Daytona Beach, Florida, and Prescott, Arizona. He later served as the Director for the University's Center for Aerospace Safety Education (CASE). Mr. Doten has been a loaned executive and senior advisor to the FAA's Associate Administrator for Aviation Standards in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of the FAA accident investigation course, among others. Mr. Doten has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance from Troy State University. His aeronautical ratings include USAF Command Pilot, Commercial Pilot (Single/Multi-engine, Instrument), and Certified Flight Instructor.
