Matt Wise started flying in 1985. He has worked as Gate agent and Ramper for CC AIR and Aircraft Services International. He has also worked as pilot and mechanic for a charter operation in Georgia. Matt has been employed with American Eagle since 1989. He has been a F/O on the Metroliner and a Captain on the J3200, SF340 and EMB145. Matt is a line check airman on SF340 and EMB, an Advanced Sim and Aircraft Instructor on SF340. Matt served as the Union Vice Chairman ALPA for 1 ½ years. Matt currently works in the AE Flight Safety Dept since Jan 2001. He has managed the ASAP, LOSA, Internal Evaluation and FOQA programs for American Eagle. Matt also assists in ground, personnel, and aircraft incidents/accidents as well as trains company personnel on go team procedures.
